Leanne Lanigan

Leanne qualified as a Conveyancing Paralegal in 2003 and joined TC Young in 2020. She continues to progress her legal career and is currently practicing as a Trainee Solicitor, due to qualify in December 2023. She is involved in all aspects of the conveyancing process, from the initial contact to completion and can advise on the implications of LBTT and ADS Leanne started her career selling new build properties and now provides in depth knowledgeable advice to the buyers instead. Leanne recognises that buying or selling a home can be a very stressful time for clients and works closely with them to make sure that they get the best possible outcome.

Leanne also advises clients in relation to re-mortgages and transfers of title including those which are a result of matrimonial breakdown and works closely with our family team to ensure each client’s individual needs are met.

Leanne now also deals with all aspects of private client including providing legal advice on wills, dealing with a deceased person’s estate and Power of Attorney deeds.

She is a practical, positive and dedicated member of our team.
