Jenna Taylor

Jenna Taylor joined TC Young in August 2019 as a trainee solicitor and qualified in August 2021. She advises clients on financial and welfare guardianships, Wills and Powers of Attorney.

Since joining the firm, Jenna has worked exclusively within the private client department working closely with the head of the Adults with Incapacity team, Alison Hempsey.

As part of her key role in the team, she regularly assists clients when making applications for financial and welfare guardianship orders. Jenna carries out both private and legal aid work.

She also provides advice on other private client matters such as the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and the administration of estates.

Jenna also assists Alison Hempsey with administering The Endrick Trust. The Endrick Trust is a Scottish Charitable Trust established in 1984 for the purpose of distributing the Trust Funds, capital and revenue amongst various charitable institutions. Jenna deals with enquiries in relation to the Trust, as well as attending the bi-annual meetings held by the Trustees.
