Evelyn Wallace

Evelyn Wallace joined the team at TC Young in October 2017, she has over 10 years of family law experience.

She has wide experience in the field of family law including divorce, child contact and residence disputes, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and issues arising from cohabitation. Evelyn considers all of the options for resolution of matters with her clients, aiming to reach a fair settlement for clients by way of negotiation but when this is not possible she has extensive experience appearing in court where required.

Evelyn has a keen interest in children’s referrals, adoption and permanence, including appearing regularly at children’s hearing and the sheriff court. Her empathetic and approachable manner makes her well suited to these sensitive areas of practice.

Evelyn is certified in Trauma Law by the Law Society of Scotland.
