Yvonne Wonnacott is the Office Manager in our Edinburgh office. She is also one of our Legal Executives dealing with shared ownership transactions and is the primary contact for all estate agency matters within the firm.
With over 40 years’ of experience, Yvonne has a very strong administrative background and an in-depth understanding of office procedures and protocols gained in a variety of roles.
Supporting the property and private client teams, Yvonne is one of the main points of contact for a wide range of shared ownership queries. She runs volume conveyancing transactions, such as shared ownership purchases – taking transactions from reservation to key handover, outright sales, tranche ups, onward sales and the preparation of new Exclusive Occupancy Agreements for several of our Housing Association clients.
Having built a strong working relationship with the Edinburgh Solicitors’ Property Centre (ESPC) Yvonne develops close relationships with sellers, helping them through the entire sales process from obtaining an instruction to sell to receiving an acceptable offer.
In 2023, Yvonne successfully completed the inaugural SPC Property Practice Certification Course which allows TC Young to be a Chartered Member of the ESPC with the many benefits that brings.
In her spare time, Yvonne enjoys watching rugby, socialising and travelling to hot, sunny climes.
