Bio
Spencer Wilson is a Trainee Solicitor within the Private Client Team at our Glasgow Office, working primarily in Adults with Incapacity. Spencer holds an LLB and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Strathclyde, graduating in 2024.
Before starting his traineeship, Spencer provided support to our Financial Guardian Administration Team which provided insight into what the role of guardian involves post-appointment.
Spencer supports the team in drafting applications, arranging reports and ensuring important deadlines are met. Since starting his traineeship, Spencer has benefitted from extensive time in client meetings and shadowing court hearings which have assisted in building his legal skills.
Outside of work, Spencer enjoys spending as much time as he can with friends and family.
