Nicola Crosbie is an accredited paralegal and a key member of our commercial property team, assisting in all areas of property work.
She has extensive experience in conveyancing matters and assists in the acquisition of residential properties, including all title and drafting matters. Providing invaluable practical advice Nicola ensures that acquisitions are completed in tight timescales and to the client’s satisfaction. Working as part of the commercial property team, she assists various clients acquiring numerous properties, either individually or as portfolios whether those properties are tenanted or vacant.
Nicola is an expert in Low-Cost Home Ownership including Shared Equity, Shared Ownership and ASSEP shared equity schemes.
Working closely with the local authority grant providers, Nicola ensures all funding requirements are met. She completes Scottish Government HARP applications for Registered Social Landlords making sure that funds are provided timeously for acquisitions.
