Bio
Lucy Henderson is a Trainee Solicitor at TC Young specialising in commercial property.
Lucy holds an LLB from Glasgow Caledonian University and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Glasgow.
She is currently in the second year of her traineeship and regularly provides tailored advice to RSL clients on factoring queries, as well as issues regarding boundaries and ownership.
Lucy supports her team members in all aspects of commercial property, including drafting documents for standard securities and various agreements such as wayleaves, servitudes and leases. She also manages her own sale and purchase transactions.
Lucy is a member of the Law Society of Scotland and WISH.
Outside of work, Lucy likes to socialise with friends, travel, and enjoy the foods and cultures of different countries. At the weekend, she can often be found exploring different parts of Scotland with her Bedlington Terrier, Kari.
