Bio

Jenna Mackle is a Solicitor and Notary Public in our private client team. Jenna has a particular interest in Adults with Incapacity matters and has worked exclusively within our specialist Adults with Incapacity Team since she joined the firm in 2019.

Jenna holds a Law degree from Glasgow Caledonian University and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Glasgow.

Jenna regularly applies for Financial & Welfare Guardianship orders. She also provides advice on other private client matters such as the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney.

Jenna also assists Alison Hempsey with administering both the Endrick Trust and the Mr & Mrs J M B Trust. These are Scottish Charitable Trusts established for the purpose of distributing the Trust Funds, capital and revenue amongst various charitable institutions. Jenna deals with enquiries in relation to both Trusts, as well as attending meetings held by the Trustees.

Outside of work, Jenna enjoys walking her dogs, Guinness & Murphy, and competing in equestrian competitions with her horse, Trigger.
