Carol Taylor has over 30 year’s legal experience, initially at Turnbull & Ward, and now in our Glasgow office.
She is a key contact within the firm for all aspects of residential purchase and sale transactions. Carol has particular expertise in providing advice to first-time buyers and her knowledge of the property market in Barrhead and surrounding areas is second to none. Carol has many happy repeat clients who appreciate her thorough attention to detail and reassuring approach.
With her extensive knowledge, Carol also provides clients with advice on transfers of title, re-mortgages, and the discharging of loans.
In 2017 she completed her specialist paralegal qualification (through the University of Strathclyde) in Residential Conveyancing and now has Accredited Paralegal status through the Law Society of Scotland and is a Member of the Scottish Paralegal Association.
