Carol Anne Millar has worked with T C Young for over 35 years in the firm’s Private Client Team.
Carol Anne completed her paralegal course in Wills, Trusts and Executries. Carol Anne provides invaluable practical experience and support to Alison Hempsey, the partner who heads the Adults with Incapacity Team.
Carol Anne now dedicates her time co-ordinating paperwork for the Office of the Public Guardian and dealing with day-to-day administration of incapable Adults funds, allowing this type of work to be carried out cost effectively.
Carol Anne leads the support in our bespoke case management team in relation to Financial Guardianship administration, improving efficiency.
Carol Anne regularly liaises with family members, care providers and local authority finance teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
