Amanda Whillans joined TC Young in 2016 and is a Senior Solicitor in our Glasgow Family Law Department.
She regularly provides advice on divorce, separating couples, child residence and contact, prenuptial agreements, and cohabitation. She has a particular interest and expertise in domestic abuse cases and provides both sensitive and practical advice in relation to urgent interdicts, powers of arrest, exclusion orders and non-harassment orders.
Amanda understands that separation can be a difficult and stressful time. She works closely with her clients to help resolve any issues that arise and to ensure that their individual needs are met and the best possible outcome achieved.
