Nina Derrin

Nina Derrin has practiced primarily in the field of child and family law since qualifying as a solicitor in 2017. She provides advice in relation to all aspects of Family Law, with a focus on resolving financial and child-related matters following a separation.

Nina understands the issues faced when a couple separate or divorce. She is able to provide clear, practical and reliable advice in relation to arrangements for children, as well as any financial outcome to be achieved.

Providing advice specific to her client's particular circumstances, Nina prioritises guiding clients through what can be a very difficult and emotional process. Whilst her approach is to encourage negotiation wherever possible, Nina also has a wealth of experience representing her clients in court.
