Claudia White is a Trainee Solicitor at TC Young within our Projects and Third Sector Department.
Claudia joined TC Young in 2021 and worked in our Private Client Department whilst studying. Claudia graduated from the University of Strathclyde with a first-class Dual Qualifying Scottish and English Law LLB (Honours) degree in 2022, and then graduated from the University of Glasgow with a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 2023.
Claudia predominantly assists in advising Registered Social Landlords in various areas, including negotiating loan documentation with major lenders and assisting with the preparation of associated documentation.
Claudia also frequently advises clients on compliance with data protection legislation including Subject Access Requests, and also compliance with requests under the Freedom of Information and the Environmental Information Regulations.
Claudia also assists in the negotiation of terms of contractual documentation, including goods and services contracts, and other documentation such as collateral warranties concerning construction projects.
